The BDE Federal Association of the German Waste, Water and Raw Materials Management Industry has made three personnel decisions to strengthen the management level of the association's management in Berlin. In future, the association will have a deputy managing director as well as a managing director for the technical and legal departments.
This is how Dr Andreas Bruckschen will take on the role of Deputy Managing Director at the BDE with immediate effect. The 57-year-old former Managing Director has been with the association since 2009 and was responsible for the circular economy.
Managing Director for the Technology division will Sandra Giern. The 45-year-old environmental engineer has been with the BDE active. Jens Loschwitz will be Managing Director Legal Affairs. The 49-year-old lawyer has been a legal advisor at BDE since 2013.
„The diversity of topics in our industry and in the association is constantly growing. We also want to take this development into account with a professional organisation of the full-time BDE employees and position the association's management even more strongly. The appointed colleagues all have a great deal of industry expertise and extensive networks, which they have been contributing to the association's work on a daily basis for a long time, because an association thrives on the experience and anchoring of its employees. I would like to thank Dr Andreas Bruckschen, Sandra Giern and Jens Loschwitz for their work at the BDE to date and look forward to continuing the collaboration with them in their new or expanded roles.“
