Fully automatic standard systems from the Dutch company Bandall have been realising almost all bundling and banding tasks for more than 30 years. The latest solutions will be on show at IFFA.
For example, the new Multi-Width machine option has been developed. In combination with this option, the banding machines offer more flexibility in the labelling and packaging process because several band widths can be processed on one machine.
Many different products can now be banded with just one Bandall banding machine. Even irregular shapes, such as skin packaging, can be given an attractive label look.
The special feature of the high-performance printing and banding machine with integrated printer is the additional option of unlimited printing on any number of positions across the entire width and length of the 360-degree band. A small change to a product could, for example, mean that stocks of primary packaging are out of date and need to be disposed of.
With Bandall Print & Band, this is a thing of the past. Well-designed and/or unprinted primary packaging can benefit from a directly printed band.
The Bandall stand-alone range includes standard machines with various standardised sheet widths and heights. They are particularly suitable for manual insertion and for use in fully automated production lines.
