Metsä packs non-alcoholic beverage

The non-alcoholic drink from Lasso Drinks comes in responsible cardboard packaging from Metsä Board, which uses less material.

The new non-alcoholic and carbonated drink from Lasso Drinks is not just beautifully packaged. The cardboard packaging from Metsä Board is responsible, uses less material, is recyclable via waste paper and impresses with its eye-catching design. 

The packaging of Metsä Board not only protects the bottle, but also forms a beautiful unit with it. The design, which adorns both the bottle and the packaging, is based on a painting by six-time world boxing champion and artist Eva Wahlström. For each product sold, 50 cents are donated to the Finnish Cancer Foundation donated.

"We wanted to offer consumers a product that visually goes beyond the everyday. The drink gets its unique flavour from rose petals. These are picked up very succinctly on the bottle and packaging."

The packaging was produced by Orapac. The surface with micro-ribbed structure is made of MetsäBoard Pro FBB Bright folding boxboard. The white kraftliner MetsäBoard Natural WKL Bright was used for the liner on the reverse side and the fluting. After use, the Packaging recycled in waste paper become.

"The packaging is open on both the front and back and forms a frame for the bottle. This also minimised the amount of material needed for the packaging. The product story was printed on the packaging in Finnish and English."
