Syntegon has been developing robotic solutions for decades. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has significantly accelerated the automation megatrend. Innovations from the Services and Digital Solutions area are another focal point of the trade fair stand. Syntegon is now offering services such as maintenance, spare parts management, remote service and training in revised service agreements with different performance levels. The flexible approach enables needs-specific support at a fixed price. The service agreements also include Synexio, a cloud-based software solution for recording and analysing machine and production data. With the real-time data generated, companies can streamline their maintenance processes and produce more efficiently overall.
