Labelling plays an important role in the international trade and transport of goods. To promote global supply chain management, Bluhm Systeme is presenting appropriate labelling and coding solutions at Achema.
On the Trade fair has in its luggage Bluhm Systems for example, the Markoprint integra PP 108 Bicolor inkjet printer is a colourful alternative to product labels. Direct printing with ink means that all information can be applied to cardboard packaging, for example. The device achieves a print height of up to 108 mm. The AP 182 pallet labeller Labels pallets on three sides. Each pallet can be controlled individually and a specific movement profile is then activated. It can be seven positioning profiles can be configured. This is made possible by an applicator that is driven by a stepper motor via linear axes. The AP 182 RT has a rotating applicator that enables both vertical and horizontal labelling.

The Linx 8900 continuous inkjet printer can be used in ambient temperatures from 0 to 50 °C. It monitors the ink level and viscosity throughout the entire printing process. The Linx 8900 can be refilled with ink and solvent quickly and easily. The print head cable is up to 6 metres long. Bluhm Systeme has revised the Legi-Air 4050 E label printing dispenser and added several technical features. Maintenance parts have been completely omitted from this system, which makes the Compressed air consumption and abrasion reduced to a minimum.

The e-SolarMark FLS fibre laser is a cost-effective and user-friendly entry into the world of fibre lasers. The e-SolarMark FLS codes up to four products in just one second and labels packaging reliably and preciselycomponents, technical articles, extruded products, etc. at a standstill or in motion. Thanks to laser class 1, the coding lasers from Bluhm Systeme do not require a safety officer and are quiet.
