As a long-standing partner of the chemical industry, the mechanical engineering company Fricke presents its filling systems for liquid products. Whether coatings, paints, colours or adhesives, the filling technology enables fast and safe filling of low to high viscosity liquids.
The flexible systems from Fricke allow a quick changeover between different container types and sizes. Whether fully or semi-automatic, the Design is based on customer requirements and is geared towards a process-optimised workflow, simple handling and intuitive operation (the picture shows a test of the system functionality at a customer's premises). Systems for potentially explosive atmospheres comply with EU Directive 2014/34/EU (Atex).
The FFS 21 station for filling low-viscosity liquids such as cleaning agents, solvents and mineral oils was designed so that it can be placed directly on the pallet and the machine operator only needs one hand to operate it, which makes the process much more ergonomic. At the same time, it automatically adjusts to the container after the programme number is entered, reliably preventing damage to the machine and containers.
