Handling of smaller filling quantities

Resource conservation, efficiency and safety will take centre stage for Schütz at Fachpack 2022 this year. Under the motto „Expect more“, interested visitors will learn all about the ecological Green Layer product series and the advantages of the Ecobulk MX 560 for smaller filling quantities.

With the Ecobulk MX 560, the packaging specialist is presenting a real All-rounder for smaller filling quantities before. The IBC has a nominal volume of 560 litres and was developed on the basis of the 1,200 x 1,000 millimetre pallet. The container impresses with its particularly flat shape, which enables ideal utilisation of storage and transport space.

The Ecobulk MX 560 also shows its strengths with mixed loads, as the IBC is easy to transport thanks to its pallet size. Fully compatible with all other MX-IBC variants from Schütz. Its low weight makes it easy to handle in daily use. If required, it can also be equipped with a EVOH permeation barrier which protects the filling product from changes and the environment from environmental pollution.

The IBCs and drums in the Green Layer product series support Contactor its customers to optimise their CO₂-minimise our carbon footprint and thus make an important contribution to achieving global and our own climate targets. The company contributes with state-of-the-art three- or six-layer extrusion blow moulding systems high-quality, natural-coloured recycled material with a proportion of 30% in the production of IBC inner containers and drum bodies. The recyclate flows completely into the middle layer, so that the filling product and the packaging environment only come into direct contact with virgin material.

The company is also presenting the Ecobulk SX-D, the first combination IBC with FM Global approval.
