Baladna produces the first local white cheese in Qatar to be packaged in aseptic carton packs. The company has an additional Filling machine CFA 312 from SIG installed to pack the new products in combiblocSlimline carton packs from SIG to bring. The filling machine can fill a total of four different volume sizes. Baladna also benefits from the flexibility of being able to fill juice and dairy products in 1,000 ml sizes in addition to white cheese in 500 ml packs.

The cheese is filled into the pack as a liquid, which then solidifies after all the ingredients in the pack have been added. The necessary enzymes are added to the still liquid cheese shortly before filling in a mobile mixing and dosing system. From this system, the cheese is filled into the carton packs on SIG filling machines.
The Mobile unit is compatible with the CFA 312 filling machine, and is attached to the outside of the filling machine.
