The new solution not only recognises the demand for more automated processes to reduce turnaround times in flexo printing plants and increase profitability, but also the environmental goals that are driving the growth of the corrugated market."
Niels GerritsCEO of In2flexo
Multiclick saves time, as the system is designed to be up to 30 printing plates can be loaded, unloaded and automatically cleaned without operator intervention. This means that the user saves an average of two minutes per plate. Multiclick makes it possible to clean the printing plates with a minimum consumption of water and cleaning agent. The parameters for mixing and reusing the cleaning agent can be adapted to the customer's requirements, for example for quick-drying or two-component inks.
The automated solution Reduces the risk of panel damage as far as possible. This not only keeps the plates clean and dry during continuous use, but also avoids machine downtimes caused by defective plates. Multiclick is equipped with a touchscreen so that the printing plates to be cleaned and the Speed quickly selected and the consumption values for detergent and water adjusted can be realised.
