Ringmetall acquires another company

The path taken with the acquisition of Nittel GmbH and Tesseraux Spezialverpackung GmbH in 2019, which was expanded with the acquisition of Rhein-Plast GmbH in 2022 and Protective Lining Corporation in 2023, is thus being continued. The Liner Factory complements its sister companies, particularly in the field of customised inliners for liquid products.

The product portfolio includes technical and aseptic inliners as well as beer tank and moulded inliners. As with all companies in the Industrial Packaging Liner Group, the products are designed specifically for the application and customer and are characterised by the high quality standards that are mandatory in the B2B sector. This is also achieved at the Liner Factory through modern machinery, established GMP processes, customised manual work and a motivated team. Customers include global corporations as well as SMEs, mainly from the food, beverage and chemical-technical industries. The synergy effect with the sister companies is also evident here. In 2022, the Liner Factory generated an annual turnover of around €7 million.

With the integration of what is now the fifth company in four years, Ringmetall SE is underpinning its claim to become the dominant player in the field of flexible speciality packaging for lining secondary containers. For customers, this means an increase in security of supply and the opportunity to purchase a wide variety of products from a single source.
