The industry came together for two trade fairs in Hamburg over two days. The organisers of the trade fair duo of Empack and Logistics & Automation have now drawn a positive balance. Around 1,300 visitors came to see the latest innovations and held in-depth discussions with the exhibitors - an increase of 57 per cent.
Even though the majority of the approximately 1,300 trade visitors came from the Hamburg metropolitan and logistics region, many had travelled a much longer distance.

There are many major topics such as sustainable packaging and smart logistics, but there is also a very specific need for investment in every company because processes, products, quantities and supply chains are changing. With Empack and Logistics & Automation, we have created a regional forum in Hamburg and northern Germany where packaging and logistics experts can exchange ideas and concepts and visitors can take them back to their companies.“
