Larger distribution network for reusable load securing

RS-Systems has expanded its network of sales partners. The Roll-Safe transport lock can now be purchased in the Netherlands.

RS-Systems has expanded its network of sales partners. The Roll-Safe transport securing system for roll containers can now also be purchased from Feil rolltainer and in the Netherlands. The aim is to strengthen the market position in the DACH region and the Benelux countries.

The two distributors are expanding their product portfolio with the patented reusable solution. They take over both the Roll-Safe implementation as well as all services such as the installation of the structural chamber plates on the roll container and the supply of spare parts. Roll-Safe eliminates the need to wrap roll containers with stretch film. This reduces costs and avoids waste. Reusable solutions such as Roll-Safe save resources and can avoid plastic waste. „With Feil and Wernsen, we have gained two excellent companies that are responding to the growing demand for environmentally friendly transport solutions,“ says RS-Systems-owner Martin Köllner.

The official sales partner Feil offers solutions for intelligent materials management, order picking and logistics. The product portfolio includes roll containers in various shapes and sizes that optimise the flow of goods quickly and economically. Roll-Safe expands the range of the Westphalian manufacturer of load carriers to include a Sustainable and flexible reusable solution. Feil customers can now purchase roller containers including the transport lock. However, retrofitting is still possible. Roll-Safe is suitable for numerous Standard load carriers and special solutions, with or without intermediate shelves and also available for mesh trolleys. „We can supply the structural chamber panels for Feil in three different sizes and cut them individually to the corresponding container,“ says Köllner.

RS-Systems launches Roll-Safe on the Dutch market via Wernsen Engineering B.V. The owner-managed company near Arnhem develops and sells the electric Simply-Mover, which makes moving roll containers much easier. Wernsen also converts used and new transport trolleys into electric tugs so that goods can be moved without much effort. „For Roll-Safe, there are Netherlands an exciting market potential. Wernsen and RS-Systems complement each other perfectly here,“ explains Köllner. As in Germany, customers in the neighbouring country can use the complete Roll-Safe range available. You can choose between the Roll-Safe fixed version, which remains on the roll container, and the Roll-Safe flexible version. With this design, the plate can be completely removed. Wernsen also takes care of the complete after-sales management.
