CCL Container, North American manufacturer of recyclable aluminium packaging, has developed new design options for aluminium bottles that mirror traditional wine bottle profiles.

The 750 ml aluminium bottles were filled with the BodyShapes moulding technology developed by CCL Container and are resealable with a screw cap, which keeps the wine fresher for longer than a conventional glass bottle. In addition, aluminium bottles cool down quickly and stay cool for longer as they have a higher thermal conductivity and keep the cold better than glass or plastic bottles.

As the thread in the cap does not contain any plastic, it is The entire container, which is made of pure aluminium, is 100 percent recyclable. Despite their large diameter, aluminium bottles weigh less than glass bottles and are therefore cheaper to transport. Their robustness makes aluminium wine bottles practically unbreakable.
