New positions at Koenig & Bauer

The Supervisory Board of Koenig & Bauer AG appointed Dr Andreas Pleßke as Chairman of the Executive Board with effect from 1 January 2024 at its meeting on 7 December 2023. Dr Pleßke has been a member of the Executive Board since 2014 and has been the company's Spokesman of the Executive Board and Special Segment Board Member since 2021.

At the same time, Chief Financial Officer Dr Stephen Kimmich was also appointed Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board with effect from 1 January 2024. Dr Kimmich has been Chief Financial Officer since 2020. The responsibilities of the other members of the Executive Board, Christoph Müller (Chief Digital & Webfed Segment Officer), Ralf Sammeck (Chief Sheetfed Segment Officer) and Michael Ulverich (COO), and the terms of their contracts remain unchanged. The Supervisory Board has not made any further decisions regarding the composition of the Management Board.
