Like all customised solutions from the specialist for automation technology and applications in the field of weldable flexible materials, it was manufactured according to individual customer requirements. „The requirements we were given for the design of our new cleanroom solution were higher than ever before,“ emphasises Marcel Hammes, Operations Manager at joke mechanix. „For example, the system had to be integrated into an existing, validated manufacturing process and fulfil strict specifications in terms of safety and handling.“ To ensure that all of these requirements were met, the company used detailed solutions customised for the customer in the individual subsections and functional areas of the design.
The cleanroom solution produced for a biotechnology company is one of the many complex customised solutions that the company has already configured for its customers. The specialists are characterised by the production of such individual detailed solutions. The path from order to planning to the finished machine is travelled together with the customer. Thanks to regular dialogue, improvements are constantly being made to achieve optimum results.
Interested parties can see exactly how the machine works and how the film is turned into the finished bag on site: The bag is pre-drawn over two rollers and cut to the desired length. An automatically adjustable system seals the bag at the desired point.
