Sonoco introduces an innovative can that is made from 95 per cent paper and is fully recyclable. This addition to the EnviroCan Paper Bottom range aims to improve the recyclability of packaging and reduce the use of plastic and metal. The new packaging is particularly suitable for Nestlé coffee products.

Sonoco, a leading company in the field of sustainable packaging solutions, has developed a new can that is made of 95 per cent paper and is fully recyclable. The new can is a further development of the EnviroCan Paper Bottom range, in which the Metal floor replaced by a fibre-based solution has been recycled. This means that the entire can can be processed in the recycling systems in the UK and Europe.
