The eight-year cooperation between Koenig & Bauer and Actega will be continued. With the extension until 2027, both companies will continue to focus on the development of innovative finishing technologies for print products and packaging.
Koenig & Bauer and Actega have extended their partnership for a further three years. Since 1 November 2024, the two companies have continued to work on the development of high-quality finishing solutions for the printing industry. The aim of the cooperation is to optimise both the quality and sustainability of print finishing.
The co-operation includes the provision of starter kits for inline finishing during the commissioning of new Rapida presses as well as continuous quality control and further development of the products. At trade fairs, user meetings and print demonstrations, the partners present Innovative technologies and new finishing effects.

Actega is contributing specially developed coatings that are regularly used and tested in Koenig & Bauer's demo centre. The visual and tactile effects achieved with Rapida sheetfed offset technology in combination with coating solutions from Actega are becoming increasingly important.
