Multivac will be presenting entry-level solutions for processing and packaging meat products in small and medium-sized batches at Süffa in Stuttgart. They are automated and also focus on reducing packaging materials and increasing recyclability.

The exhibits include the GMS 400 portioning system, which is characterised by quality, flexibility and maximum yield, even with low output quantities. The compact Portioner can process almost any type of meat and fulfil a wide range of portioning tasks - from medallions to escalopes to roulades, from carpaccio to larger roasts and from non-bony to bony pork, lamb or veal.

The T 255 traysealer can be used to produce MultiFresh vacuum skin packs as well as for the Packaging with modified atmosphere use. It offers high performance thanks to its ergonomic turntable and tray lifters. From its comprehensive portfolio of chamber machines, the company presents the C 450 double chamber machine, which enables an efficient packaging processWhile the first chamber is being packed, the second chamber can already be unloaded and reloaded.

The L 300 conveyor belt labeller offers flexibility for labelling packaging and can be efficiently integrated into packaging lines or operated as a stand-alone solution. It is equipped with two label dispensers for top and bottom labelling. The lower label dispenser is equipped with a print engine that can be used to print the label over the entire surface. At the trade fair, the Labeller with a handling solution for unloading product packs and discharging the used transport containers shown. The solution is characterised by its small footprint and low complexity.
