The shuttle system weShuttle is the centrepiece of this creative processing solution. Thanks to maximum Flexibility in terms of application diversity and spatial design options line concepts around weShuttle can be precisely customised to customer-specific recipes. Trade visitors can also look forward to two new Weaver Slicer, which is used during the Anuga FoodTec celebrate its premiere. One of these slicers will be presented as part of a line concept for processing sliced products using the example of a bacon application for the food service sector.
This line combines Maximum performance with a minimal footprint and can be converted to other applications in just a few simple steps. In addition to the slicer première, the food service line concept includes another new product: the Weber Stacker weStack. It gives the line additional flexibility, as food producers can decide at any time whether or not to use the stacker. Visitors can also look forward to a number of developments in the area of packaging, including the new Weber OxyTech system for Measurement of the residual oxygen content, the new weLabel labeller in top web and bottom web versions and three Weber wePack thermoforming packaging machines for different applications and performance classes.
