Bandall has launched a new optional extension for its banding machines. Multi-Width enables conversion to the processing of multiple band widths in just a few moments.
For Each new bandwidth is a multi-width set required. A banding machine that processes banding material with a width of 100 mm as standard can now be adapted to material with a width of 75 or 48 mm, for example, in no time at all. Or a machine that processes material with a width of 75 mm can now be adjusted to, for example, 60, 48 or even 28 mm.
Simple click system
The Multi-Width option consists of Spare and additional parts, that simply snap into place. Customers can order them together with the banding machine or later. This option is offered in combination with the new Bandall stand-alone model and initially offered for the most common sheet sizes. Multi-Width increases the functionality of the machine and reduces investment costs.
Bandall machines are Designed for longevity and therefore an environmentally friendly decision. The company is thus also committed to more Sustainability in the packaging industry and has developed the Multi-Width option in this context.
Multi-Width extends the already flexible functions of the Bandall machines. Users can now easily combine a stand-alone model from one production line to the next transport. In addition, the Print & tape option (i.e. banding and printing at the same time) to print variable data on the band.
Various technical innovations have also been integrated into the new stand-alone model to improve quality, accessibility and user-friendliness. The Multi-Width option will soon be for other Bandall models and sheet sizes be available, even for fully automatic machines.
