Berlin Packaging takes over Repli and Pentapackaging

Berlin Packaging continues its expansion in Europe and announces the acquisition of the two plastic packaging companies Repli and Pentapackaging.
Repli based in Barcelona (Spain) and Pentapackaging based in Bergamo (Italy) are Berlin Packaging's product portfolio for several important end marketsincluding industrial and speciality chemicals, food and beverages, household care, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. In addition, Repli and Pentapackaging will bring over 9,000 square metres of additional warehouse space in Spain and Italy.

With more than 40,000 SKUs from Berlin PackagingWith over 130 sales and warehouse locations and design and innovation centres on two continents, Repli and Pentapackaging customers will now have access to these packaging and service offerings. Suppliers of Repli and Pentapackaging can also expect faster growthas Berlin Packaging has a sales force with more than 150 representatives.
This is Berlin Packaging's ninth acquisition in Europe since 2016 and demonstrates its strong commitment to providing packaging solutions for all substrates and end markets across Europe.
