„Better with Less“: finalists have been announced

As part of the „Better with Less - Design Challenge“ 2022-2023, designers from all over the world were invited by Metsä Board to develop ideas for future-oriented zero-waste packaging.

As part of the international packaging design competition "Better with Less - Design Challenge" 2022-2023 developed Designers from the
whole world at the invitation of Metsä Board Ideas for future-orientated Zero-Waste-Packaging.

The Competition is taking place for the third time and recorded in this Year 124 Submissionfrom 27 Countries.

The competition jury, which includes a number of renowned packaging designers, has now presented its final shortlist. All submissions that on the shortlist will be announced on the competition website. betterwithless.org presented. The public can also vote for their favourites here. The winners will be announced on 31 January 2023.

„I am delighted that the theme of zero waste has inspired the competition participants to consider the entire life cycle of packaging. We received an impressive number of well thought-out, creative submissions that are resource-saving, functional and easy to recycle. Among them were several clever ideas for the sensible reuse of packaging.„
