Filling
Bulk materials such as cement or building materials and other industrial powdery goods fill the Filling machine BEUMER fillpac R Efficient and gentle in sacks. These can be materials with a very fine to very coarse structure. Different bag formats and types are possible, such as valve bottom and valve flat bags.
In the chemical and petrochemical industry, the highly efficient BEUMER fillpac FFS mould-fill-seal system for use. It moulds bags from prefabricated PE tubular films, fills it with the customer product and welded the bags afterwards.
The Beckum-based company offers this system for both the high-performance range for up to 2,600 bags per hour as well as for lower throughputs of up to 1,800 or 2,500 bags per hour.
Palletising
The BEUMER paletpac high-performance palletiser stacks even sensitive and high-quality products and those with special flow behaviour gently and efficiently. Depending on the product requirements, it is Clamp or double belt turning device equipped.
