From today, the international organic and natural cosmetics industry will once again meet in Nuremberg for the Biofach and Vivaness trade fair duo. The industry will be showcasing new products and current trends in organic food and natural cosmetics until 29 July.
The fair starts today, Tuesday, with David Mayer de Rothschild. In his keynote speech, the British adventurer, ecologist and head of Adventure Ecology will talk about ecology, climate change and resilience, appropriately enough. on this year's Biofach congress focus „Organic.Climate.Resilience“.
Both on the Biofach as well as on the Vivaness discover visitors to this year's unique Summer Edition Over 60 exhibitors who have intensively addressed the challenge of packaging or „unpackaged“ and sustainable solutions. Themed tours will be offered at both trade fairs and the topic will also be discussed at the congress. For example, experts will be exchanging views on „Reusable packaging in the organic trade“ or „Value chains in the unpackaged trade“. In Hall 8, the unpackaged product area will present the increasing relevance of the topic.
A total of 54 Biofach exhibitors and ten Vivaness exhibitors pointed this out when they registered, that the topic of packaging plays an important role at their stand this year. As Vivaness can be found in Halls 8 and 9 this summer due to the establishment of emergency accommodation for Ukrainian refugees in Hall 3C, the trade fairs are moving closer together. Anyone interested in sustainable packaging or unpackaged concepts and looking for all-round information will therefore benefit from the short walking distances.
