Bizerba will be exhibiting twice at this year's FachPack: At the main stand in Hall 3A, the focus will be on intelligent hardware for error-free labelling and seamless label inspection. In Hall 9, the company's diverse labelling solutions will take centre stage.
A Highlight of the trade fair appearance is to be found at the main stand: the specially designed for the high-load logistics sector Fully automatic labelling machine GLM-Ievo 40. The network-compatible fully automatic labelling machine was specially designed for crates, cartons and large containers and labels products with high weights and volumes.
Thanks to the modular design it can be configured according to individual requirements and mounted in a wide variety of positions depending on the environment. It is also possible to equip the labelling unit with direct thermal or thermal transfer technology.
The GLM-Ievo 40 is available in different versions are available. Camera-supported inspection systems help to identify faulty packaging. The PackSecure system from Bizerba can be integrated into labelling lines for this purpose and avoids reworking, complaints and product recalls by Mislabelling.
High-resolution cameras with automatic height adjustment and very fast data transmission check the pack from above and below in the smallest of spaces. Among other things, they check the correct application of the labels. The modular design enables the integration of a wide range of sensors - each suitable for the current test requirements. Faulty packaging that does not fulfil the defined criteria is automatically sorted out of production afterwards.
Other exhibits at Bizerba's main stand include the FSL-PRO S semi-automatic filling system and the iS75 industrial terminal.

From speciality paper and films with a thermo-reactive surface to linerless label material without backing tape - Bizerba offers a suitable solution for every requirement. The company will be presenting its broad label portfolio with various direct thermal, decorative, special and organic film labels at its second stand in Hall 9.
Special attention will be paid to the advantages of transparent thermal films and multilayer labels. To this end, two versions of the GLP 160maxx label printer will be on display: One device demonstrates the processing of transparent thermal films, the other emphasises the strengths of variable multilayer labels.
