For quality assurance and traceability, large containers in particular require clear labelling. Bluhm Systeme will be showcasing labelling solutions for packaging loose goods at Powtech 2022.
Clear labelling of large containers is the only way to ensure that the supply chain, e.g. for food, animal feed, the chemical or pharmaceutical industry, receives the necessary information. maximum transparency required by law and expected by consumers.
Bluhm is exhibiting the Linx 8900 inkjet printer at Powtech, for example, which prints up to three lines in 24 colours on products and packaging. This attracts the attention of the recipient in particular. With maintenance intervals of around 18 months, the Linx 8900 is virtually invisible along the production line - except when it indicates the next maintenance date in good time. With its narrow footprint and the option of wall mounting it also fits into tight production environments.
80 per cent less compressed air
The Legi-Air 4050 E label printing dispenser prints labels with variable data and then applies them fully automatically to products, cartons or pallets. Thanks to numerous available modules, the system can be customised to the respective application. The device is characterised by low operating costs. Among other things compressed air consumption reduced by up to 80 per cent by means of a modulated vacuum. Maintenance parts are completely dispensed with and the use of wearing parts is reduced to a minimum.
450 prints per minute Labels, tubular bags and, above all, foils - the Linx TT 1000 thermal transfer printer prints on fast-moving, flexible materials of all kinds. Best-before dates (BBD), barcodes, logos, marketing information and even longer texts including punctuation marks are applied in real time at 1m/sec.
The reduction of wearing parts, the elimination of compressed air, optimised use of the ink ribbons as well as Ribbon lengths of up to 1,200 m increase running times, reduce downtimes and minimise operating costs.
100 per cent mobile
The X1JET HP Handhold handheld printer is handy, reliable even in dusty production conditions and can be used anywhere. It is the size of a toolbox and can therefore be set up literally „in just a few steps“.“ Print all types of transport containers or sacks of grain, cement and powder directly on site. When changing products, the changeover to other print texts is simply done at the touch of a button. The operator simply creates the print data on the PC using the iDesign layout software supplied and transfers it to the handheld via USB stick or WLAN.
On the presented at the parallel Fachpack trade fair Bluhm Systems a cross-industry and investment-safe labelling portfolio. Among other things, it takes into account the technical challenges of the global infrastructure, legal requirements and the rapid response to trends and developments in the various markets.
