Labelling specialist Bluhm Systeme will be showcasing its range of labelling and laser devices at All About Automation in Hamburg. Industry 4.0„ will be at the centre of the trade fair presentation.
Identification, information, robotics and networking are the ingredients with which industrial automation is being driven forward. This is also made possible by direct or indirect coding, for example with ink, laser or labels. The internationally used labelling solutions from Bluhm Systeme apply the necessary data and codes to products and packaging and communicate with the systems in the merchandise management chain. Bluhm Systeme will be presenting a special selection at the AAA Hamburg on 25 and 26 January in the Hamburg Schnelsen exhibition hall.
The Markoprint X4 Jet optimises use on the production line with up to 4 print heads, according to the company. The 5.7-inch touchscreen with keyboard ensures ease of use and achieves good performance on any surface, even in high-speed applications. The Pallet labeller AP 182 in turn can be triggered individually by each pallet and subsequently activates a corresponding movement profile. Seven travel paths can be programmed. This is made possible by an applicator that is moved via linear axes using a stepper motor drive. The AP 182 achieves top speeds of 120 pallets per hour.
The Markoprint integra PP 108 with the integrated RC1536 print head from Seiko is robust against vibrations and can also be used in challenging production environments. The recirculating ink system ensures that no nozzles fail and that the print image always fulfils expectations.
