Among other things, it takes into account the technical challenges of the global infrastructure, legal requirements and the rapid response to trends and developments in the various markets.
With the Legi-Flex 6100 3D labelling portal from Bluhm Systems eliminates the product alignment step. All sectors with time-critical processes, such as online retail, benefit from this. The device detects the position and volume of cardboard boxes or bags even at high speed and applies the labelling without contact. The Legi-Flex 6100 is suitable for particularly sensitive products and processes label material with a width of 4 inches or 100 millimetres as well as standardised DHL, Hermes and UPS shipping labels.
The NoLiner is a label printing dispenser that processes labels without a liner, thereby enabling sustainable and cost-effective labelling. The system has an atomisation unit that applies a fine film of water-based liquid to the back of the label during printing.
The two-colour Markoprint integra PP 108 Bicolor inkjet printer marks with a print height of up to 108 millimetres. The bicolour version, which uses two ink colours simultaneously, is unique, for example, for GHS labelling in black and red with just one device. Other available colours are green and blue.
The Linx 8900 continuous inkjet printer with a print head line of up to six metres continuously checks the fill levels and the viscosity of the ink. This guarantees optimum printing results at all times and ensures production reliability even in damp, cold, dusty or hot production environments.
