Rostalski's invention uses high-resolution camera scans to provide information on the cliché reliefs, which can be used to improve the quality of products manufactured using pad printing. The invention makes it possible to Visualise print images in advance and determine presetting parameters for the printing machines, to test and correct.
Thanks to this invention, the Presetting of the print images and correction of the print parameters moved upstream to plate assembly, This shortens the presetting times in the printing presses, which in turn extends the service life of the systems.
