Dr Michael Ruf, currently COO of the KraussMaffei Group, will become Managing Director of the company from 1 April 2020. The previous Managing Director, Dr Frank Stieler, will step down on 31 March 2020.
The position of COO will not be filled again. Since 2018, the KraussMaffei Group GmbH Part of the KraussMaffei Company Limited, a public limited company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Frank Stieler has been CEO of KraussMaffei Group GmbH since July 2015 and CEO of KraussMaffei Company Limited since May 2019.
Under the leadership of Dr Michael Ruf, the company will realign its organisation. This enables Further rationalisation, to meet the challenges posed by the current complicated and volatile economic situation and the Effects of the corona crisis to meet.
