Beverage cans are becoming increasingly popular and small and medium-sized companies also want to fulfil customer demand. At drinktec, Markl Brauereimaschinen will be presenting a combined bottle and can filler that opens up new possibilities for companies.
The demand for combined bottle and can filling machines is increasing among smaller and medium-sized breweries, as they want to fill both. This possibility is offered by the combined Markl Bottle and can fillers, after the conversion of just a few format parts can be cans and bottles can be filled in the same machine.
Several different types are on offer, which are already being used successfully in Sweden, England, Russia and Germany. On display will be the „Bavaria 20/5“ combination machine with a pre-evacuation system for cylinders and a CO2-rinsing machine for cans. The capacity is up to 7,000 containers per hour. Other models have a capacity of 1,000 to 10,000 cans/hour or 15,000 bottles/hour, making them ideal for use in a wide range of applications. Ideally suited for medium-sized beverage producers.
For all machine types, including the combined ones, the focus is on the extreme low-oxygen bottling of beer, mineral water and non-alcoholic beverages with a low CO2-Consumption. All machines are made entirely of stainless steel, making them extremely durable. In addition to the current filler models, the associated conveyor belts will also be presented in the new hygienic design. This makes cleaning much easier and significantly improves the hygienic values.
