At its first trade fair appearance at Anuga FoodTec 2022, the Sassenberg-based company technotrans will be focussing on the efficient spraying of food and accessories with the spray.xact food spraying system. At the heart of the system are the valves developed in-house. They do not require compressed air during the process and therefore operate with low mist and precision.

The technotrans solution is designed for the processing of baked goods, frozen foods and confectionery as well as for the meat industry. According to the manufacturer, the spray valves developed in-house in particular offer a decisive advantage for food manufacturers. On the basis of electrical impulses, they operate completely free of compressed air and thus save compressed air. The system doses evenly and sparingly, thus avoiding media loss.

Because employees are not exposed to the spray media due to the elimination of the mist, According to the company, the system increases health protection in production. It also prevents soiling of the system. This extends maintenance and cleaning intervals. It is even possible to dispense with a complete enclosure, meaning that extraction is also not necessary.
