The new ISH 500 label sheeter, built by Link Label and distributed by Grafische Systeme, can process rolls up to 500 mm wide with a maximum diameter of 700 mm.

The ISH 330 and ISH 330 B label sheeter from Link Label can process rolls with a web width of up to 330 mm. In the area of flexible packaging, however, there is also Demand for sheets that are printed in wider webs. That is why Link Label has developed the new ISH 500 from the design, function and equipment of the ISH 330 B.

It can process rolls up to 500 mm wide with a maximum diameter of 700 mm. A vacuum plate ensures that the web is guided correctly. A longitudinal cutting unit with razor blades for dividing the web before the cross-section is available as an option. The cutting length can be programmed between 30 mm and 1000 mm and an intermediate cut is possible. A guillotine knife is used for cutting.

When the material is printed, an optical sensor reads a register mark that determines the desired cutting position. The speed is regulated with servo control via a loop. Depending on the cutting length and material properties, up to 200 cuts per minute are possible. The sheets are guided in shingles onto a 1500 mm long delivery belt; a distance for separating the supports can be programmed. The ISH 500 can Processing label composites, papers and films. Antistatic units can be installed both in the cutting area and on the delivery belt if required.
