A new control and software solution for the simple and intuitive operation of a palletising cell is the focus of the presentation by „de Man Automation + Service GmbH“ at „Anuga FoodTec“. Using the example of a palletising cell for cartons with a palletising station and a light conveyor system for the palletised goods, the company from Borgholzhausen will be demonstrating the performance of its control software.

The system is operated via a Touch panel. All system components are visualised schematically. Operators can access all other functions via menus that can be selected with simple clicks. Frequently used Palletising pattern are already pre-programmed. However, the settings can be easily reprogrammed via the user interface and adapted to individual requirements.

On display at the trade fair stand with the model „Heron 1100“ the smallest standardPalletising cell from the de Man programme. It has a base area from 3,000 x 2,400 millimetres and can be supplied in four versions.
