Cartoning frozen pizza

This year, packaging specialist Dienst is presenting the standard cartoner P³ (Performance Power for your Pizza). At the Anuga FoodTec trade fair in Cologne, guests were treated to freshly baked pizza from Gustavo Gusto.

"Even though the P³ can pack a variety of products, it is known as our 'pizza packer', so the campaign with the fresh pizza simply fits perfectly into our stand concept," emphasises Frank Mayer, Marketing Manager of the Polar Group, on the Service for ten years. The machine can also be experienced live in action in Nuremberg with a fresh slice of pizza in hand. According to the company, the P³ standard cartoner has been a great success to date: customised solutions and extensions have been developed and implemented for many customers. Follow-up orders confirm the high product and service quality and the trust of the customers. In addition to frozen pizzas, the horizontal cartoner also packs all other dimensionally stable products quickly and easily. With high flexibility in the format range and a cycle rate of 160 products per minute, the machine is a real all-rounder.

In addition to horizontal cartoning machines, the product portfolio also includes top-load and end-of-line machines as well as customised solutions for complete packaging lines.
