The aim of this collaboration is to Integration of Watttron's intelligent digital sealing technology into the state-of-the-art horizontal pouch packaging machines from Volpak, which represents a significant advance in the field of flexible packaging. Together they have Volpak and watttron has developed a solution designed to improve the precision, efficiency and sustainability of packaging processes. This digital Sealing solution is also designed for easy retrofitting of existing machines, so that companies can seamlessly upgrade their technology.
Customers can also benefit from the close technological cooperation within the Coesia Group, as sister company R.A. Jones offers integrated solutions for watttron's digital sealing technology on its horizontal high-speed pouch packaging machines with an output of up to 2000 pouches/minute. Volpak and R.A. Jones have machines with watttron sealing bars successfully in operation at major FMCG manufacturers in Europe and the USA.
Both Volpak and R.A. Jones already have production-scale laboratory machines equipped with watttron technology that are available for film trials and tests.
