Companies are looking for sustainable packaging solutions to safely package a wide range of products, from food to pharmaceuticals. Cost-effectiveness and efficiency play an important role here - ideally, the materials can be processed on existing machines.
Packaging manufacturer Etimex Primary Packaging offers a solution for packaging different products with its Vistaform HP Mono PP film. The film is fully recyclable and particularly lightweight compared to conventional APET films. With a film thickness from 250 μm, the packaging weight can be reduced by more than 30 per cent, according to the company.
In addition, there is no loss of processability and efficiency on machines. The film can be processed on standard thermoforming systems. This is made possible by a plug & play concept.
„Our film impresses with its excellent thermoformability, high transparency and very low shrinkage for PP. Thanks to these exceptional properties, it can be easily processed on all standard thermoforming systems designed for APET and achieves a high cycle output on the packaging system.“
