Expresso is focusing on three flexible system products for optimising intralogistics processes at this year's trade fair: the mobile lifting and conveying device lift2move, the electronic handling system eBalanceLift and the foldable and rollable workbench MobiBench.
Lift2move with new weight classes: Depending on the payload and load capacity, the lift2move can be used for ergonomic loading of packaging lines, for safe material feeding and workpiece positioning in assembly or as a convenient storage and retrieval unit: With the lift2move solution the latest generation of this lifting and conveying system. It is available in four new performance classes for payloads of 130, 180, 250 and 400 kilograms. Its significant quality features include its modular design, which forms the constructive basis for its high adaptability to many different applications.
Ergonomics via column or rail: Another highlight will be the eBalanceLift electronic rope balancer. This ergonomic handling system supports manual lifting, lowering and positioning actions when handling loads. It can be installed as a column and rail version. In both cases, the user operates via an operating unit that is fixed to the control head of the eBalanceLift or to the load receptor and is connected to a servomotorised lifting unit via a steel cable. In the ARM column version, loads weighing up to 300 kilograms can be handled via an articulated arm on a column. This enables endless 360-degree manoeuvring of the load, with the articulated arm extending up to 4,000 millimetres depending on the system configuration. In the RAIL version, eBalanceLift can be combined with all standard rail types and used for loads weighing up to 600 kilograms. The following applies to both solutions: The control head and drive have programmable inputs and outputs, and the control software can be customised to the customer's individual requirements.
