Fully automatic for standard formats

Certainty through practical tests

Step by step to a stable package
The four Mosca devices proved so successful that Saxoprint also converted the machines to fully automatic strapping around six months later. The print shop opted for the Model EVOLUTION SoniXs MS-6 with integrated roller conveyor, which is particularly easy to integrate into existing conveyor technology.

Insgesamt stehen vier Maschinen vom Typ EVOLUTION SoniXs MS-6 in der Produktion von Saxoprint. Jeweils zwei sind in einer Reihe aufgebaut.
Die erste Maschine umreift zunächst zweimal, dann läuft das Paket über einen Drehwender und wird von der zweiten Maschine erneut zweimal in die andere Richtung umreift. Die patentierte Ultraschalltechnologie SoniXs sorgt dabei für zusätzliche Reißfestigkeit.
Während herkömmliche Maschinen die Umreifungsbänder mit Hitze verschmelzen, arbeiten die Mosca-Lösungen, die den Zusatz SoniXs im Namen tragen, mit einem Ultraschallaggregat. Diese Aggregate verschließen die Bandenden gleichmäßiger, sodass die Verschlussstelle fast so reißfest ist (85 Prozent) wie das verwendete Bandmaterial. So sind die Saxoprint-Sendungen trotz ihres hohen Gewichts enorm stabil.

Reibungslose Abläufe
Auch in Sachen Zuverlässigkeit kann die SoniXs MS-6 punkten. Bei Paketen, die bedingt durch die Fördertechnik oder durch einseitige Befüllung leicht schräg in die Maschine laufen, strich die früher eingesetzte Maschine häufig die Segel.
Die Mosca-Lösung umreift auch diese Pakete anstandslos und sorgt so für deutlich weniger Stillstandzeit. Bei einer hohen Frequenz von zehn bis zwölf Paketen pro Minute macht sich dieser Mehrwert schnell bezahlt.
