Bluhm Systeme is opening up new possibilities for the logistics sector with a new inkjet printer. The integra PP RAZR marks particularly precisely and quickly and ensures additional process reliability with an intermediate tank and double nozzle channels.
The integra PP RAZR has two separate nozzle channels that can be controlled independently of each other. If nozzles fail, the second channel ensures that the print image remains streak-free and of high quality. This means that a Automated reading of print information in the further logistics process guaranteed at all times can be used. Additional safety is provided by an intermediate tank, which enables uninterrupted printing during cartridge changes.
With print speeds of up to 150m/min at 300 dpi, the integra PP RAZR quickly applies plain text information, codes and graphics to variable surfaces. A print quality of up to 600 dpi is possible. If required, the printer can Print in different shades of grey. This is ensured by differently adjustable waveforms. The maximum print height of a single integra PP RAZR print head is 34 mm. As up to four print heads can be cascaded, the device can be used to print the Realise large character printing with a height of up to 136 mm. But very small font heights of just 1.5 mm are also possible.
The integra PP RAZR uses solvent inks that can be used for both Mark absorbent materials such as cardboard as well as non-absorbent surfaces such as metals can. Ink cartridges with a volume of 250 ml are available for long, uninterrupted printing. Using RFID chips mounted on the cartridges, the printer immediately recognises the respective ink type and automatically sets all corresponding ink parameters. The RFID technology also enables the ink level to be checked in real time and offers security when using the inks.
Any number of print layouts can be stored in the internal printer memory and nine of them can be called up for direct printing at the touch of a button. Infinitely variable print data can be transferred via Ethernet, EIA232 or USB stick.
