Cask Global Canning Solutions, the inventor of micro-canning systems, will be showcasing its affordable solutions at BrauBeviale 2019, which are particularly suitable for small to medium quantities. The compact filling systems from the company based in Calgary, Canada, combine easy handling with extremely low dissolved oxygen pick-up - a prerequisite for high product quality.
A wide variety of drinks can be bottled on the systems: Beer, cider, kombucha, cold brew coffee or even wine. Filling can be done in Beverage cans of almost all shapes and sizes.
„Our product range extends from manual systems that can fill ten cans per minute to fully automated systems that can fill 80 to 100 cans per minute. And because we attach just as much importance to quality as our customers, the oxygen pick-up with our systems is just 15 to 20 ppb (parts per billion),“ emphasises Russell Love, President of Cask Global Canning Solutions.
Cask has already installed over 1,500 can filling lines in more than 60 countries around the world. Craft brewers and producers of other beverages are among its customers.
Broad portfolio
Visitors to the trade fair can familiarise themselves with Cask's entire product range and comprehensive service. For example, the company supports Beverage producers with small to medium volumes in almost all areas - from the purchase of cans and filling systems to the perfectly filled product with an eye-catching packaging design. The BrauBeviale marks the start of a Strategic partnership between Cask and the beverage can manufacturer Ball Corporation in Europe.
„We are delighted that we have now been able to expand our collaboration with Ball to Europe in order to realise our successful global strategy here too: Help craft brewers to can their beverage creations, keep their products as fresh as possible and thus increase their sales. We also want to further improve the image of beer in aluminium cans. As packaging that can be recycled almost indefinitely, cans are already a good example of a real Circular packaging“, says Russell Love.
