The Minden-based machine manufacturer Fricke is restructuring its organisational level. This is the company's response to its sales increases in recent years. The management team now also includes Mario Markmann, Ina Schnelle and Christian Brunke.
Despite the coronavirus pandemic, which has hit many industries hard in some cases, the Fricke further expand its business and increase its sales by more than 15 per cent in the last two years. In order to do justice to the additional work involved, the company has now optimised its organisational structure. A key measure was to strengthen the management team, reposition the marketing department with a new head and optimise the procurement processes with a new purchasing manager.
Expertise and many years of professional experience
In order to strengthen technological expertise at management level, the Mario Markmann appointed Technical Director as of 1 January 2022. He joins Managing Director Bernd Fricke, who is the fifth generation of his family to manage the company, and Lars George, Commercial Director. Ina Schnelle, formerly with Follmann, has also been supporting the company since 1 January of this year and will realign the marketing and communication strategy as Head of Marketing, plan and implement. On 1 February, Christian Brunke joins the company in the newly created position of Purchasing Manager. In this position, he is responsible for the central purchasing organisation, strategic procurement, supplier management and purchasing controlling.
„We are delighted to be working with Mario Markmann a long-standing, valued employee as a new member of our management team and to have Ina Schnelle and Christian Brunke on board as two further new managers,“ says Managing Director Bernd Fricke.
