Fusion Nature Plus - corrugated board with an eye-catcher

As part of the international launch campaign for the new fresh fibre liner Fusion Nature Plus, Sappi has launched a special kind of mailing with customised e-commerce packaging and high-quality corrugated board packaging including inlays - supported by packaging manufacturer Brohl Wellpappe.

The new Fusion Nature Plus paper and Fusion Topliner from Sappi are designed to make many corrugated board packaging products eye-catching. Sappi's new fresh fibre liner is currently demonstrating its strengths in a limited mailing with different packaging, which was rolled out to brand manufacturers, designers and corrugated board processors worldwide as part of the major launch campaign.

Brilliant digital printing

The design consists of a shipping box, which in turn contains the product packaging and brochure (all made of corrugated cardboard). With a neutral design on the outside, the real wow effect awaits inside the box. This is because the first thing the recipient sees after opening is the digitally printed inside of the shipping box, which stands out aesthetically in its colour design from the usual brown of the test liner used on the outside.

The included product packaging and brochure are printed on the outside with a high-resolution offset print on Fusion Topliner and on the inside with a brilliant digital print on Fusion Nature Plus. The bright white inlays hold everything securely in place without additional filling materials and were also produced entirely with Fusion Nature Plus.
