German Leadership Award for equality and diversity

Ayla Busch was honoured with the German Leadership Award. The jury was particularly impressed by the equal opportunities and diversity at Busch.

Ayla Busch was honoured with the German Leadership Award by the "Collège des Ingéniers". The jury was particularly impressed by the equality and diversity that her parents focussed on when they founded Busch Vakuum Solutions.

Expertise, vision, information management, success, ethical behaviour, people skills and diversity: Ayla Busch impressed the jury in all of these categories. The award was presented at the annual alumni conference of the "Collège des Ingénieurs" in Munich. In her acceptance speech, Ayla Busch explained how far equality and diversity go back in the history of Busch Vacuum Solutions:
