The pharmaceutical market is becoming colourful - with the BlisterJet CMYK. And digital - thanks to the new Web 4.0. This is how Hapa AG, Volketswil (Switzerland), addresses the topics of four-colour printing on blisters, serialisation and digitalisation at the world's largest leading trade fair for the process industry.
The Web 4.0 for high-resolution printing on roll materials is fully geared towards Industry 4.0. The flexible team player can be easily integrated into existing packaging lines and fits seamlessly into the digital workflow. Its modular concept is based on standard components that can be combined as required. Thanks to the integrated digital printing module, which can be scaled on request „redcube plus“ the system can be expanded from one to up to six spot colours or to WCMYK plus varnish and can therefore adapt to changing production requirements. The Web 4.0 already meets future serialisation requirements and is able to print individual data on each individual blister yard. At the trade fair stand, the Hapa team will be presenting the Web 4.0 with two-colour printing on aluminium foil.

From inline printing to late-stage customisation, Hapa systems deliver the best results for every production process. The BlisterJet CMYK is a true late-stage customisation specialist and the global reference when it comes to four-colour printing of graphics and text on prefabricated blisters. Four-colour printing on aluminium blisters will be demonstrated live at Achema.
