Stacking crisps, sticks and snacks quickly, precisely and flexibly: That's the promise of Hastamat's new products. The machine manufacturer is presenting its innovations together with its sister company Loesch Verpackungstechnik. They are tailored to individual customer requirements and range from unpackaged products to packaging.
A revolutionary machine concept has been announced by the packaging machine manufacturer Hastamate with its stacking chip system. The SCA series packs stackable crisps fully automatically and therefore hygienically, safely and efficiently from feeding and dosing to filling the packaging. The system fills and processes the cans under servo control. Thanks to the weighing technology used, it doses stackable chips extremely precisely: give-aways and product waste are avoided. The machine can process the fragile products particularly gently. The SCA is flexible in terms of can sizes and shapes. Individual customer requirements and packaging in trays can also be realised.
With its high-speed packaging machine for sticks and snacks, Hastamat is presenting another innovative technology designed for speed and continuous production. A cascade of servomotors ensures that the machine packs products with small portions and weights into tubular bags at record-breaking speed. The system realises up to 150 bags of sticks and up to 250 bags of bulk material per minute. Once a film roll has been used up, the material changeover is fully automatic thanks to integrated autosplicing.
