At Labelexpo, the company will be showcasing solutions for label production. With the DIGITAL EXPERT 340, Bobst has introduced a roll-to-roll label printing machine based on the same solid platform as the DIGITAL MASTER series. The press operates at a speed of 65 m/min - this can be upgraded to 100 m/min - and offers the Option to integrate a flexographic printing unit. The DIGITAL EXPERT 340 is the latest evolution of the company's digital-only presses, featuring inkjet cluster technology with 1,200 x 1,200 dpi resolution, higher output and maximum versatility.
The company has a New module for high-speed printing with white with high opacity. This module is based on inkjet technology and was designed for companies that require high productivity in the narrow web sector and want to produce the highest quality here. With an opacity of up to 72 per cent at 100 m/min and 80 per cent opacity at 80 m/min, this innovation once again expands the possibilities of the printing machines in the DIGITAL MASTER series.
Visitors to the trade fair will see Live demonstrations of the Bobst DIGITAL MASTER 340 all-in-one label press, which includes modules for digital and flexo printing, finishing, die-cutting and quality control. into one continuous process.
