Valco Melton will be showcasing its ClearVision camera-based inspection system and BoxChek7 software at CCE International 2019 in Munich. The US manufacturer of adhesive application solutions and quality assurance systems will also be presenting a range of adhesive application solutions in addition to the inspection modules for zero-defect production in corrugated and folding carton manufacturing.
For more than 64 years ClearVision the quality assurance brand of Valco Melton. The camera-based systems detect and identify defective adhesive joints in the Corrugated cardboard or folding carton processing. It doesn't matter whether it's cold glue or hot melt glue marks. The quality of folds, barcodes, Braille characters, joint spacing and much more can also be analysed with ClearVision.
With the software solution „BoxChek 7“, six cameras can be monitored simultaneously on one screen. Adhesive applicator 3NCR is particularly easy to convert
Valco Melton describes the versatile and simple adhesive solution Adhesive applicator 3NCR. This can be easily adapted to changing production conditions and can be easily converted. Depending on the production environment, the contactless adhesive applicator can be attached above or below the material to be bonded.

The main product advantage of the 3NCR is its Tool-free conversion mechanism. By simply loosening a dowel pin, the complete Valve and nozzle closure unit and vice versa.
Also represented on the Valco-Melton stand at CCE International will be the Italian supplier ERO Gluing Systems, which was acquired by Valco Melton in 2016. ERO will be showcasing gluing solutions for corrugated and folding carton production.
