The intralogistics industry will meet again at LogiMAT 2026 from 24 to 26 March to showcase its current range of products and solutions for efficient warehousing processes. Product premieres in the three-digit range are also expected.

More than 1,600 exhibitors from over 40 countries will be presenting solutions for modern, networked and efficient logistics processes. These include robot-assisted picking systems, autonomous transport vehicles, new AI-controlled control solutions and smart software for predictive warehouse management. In line with the trade fair motto „Passion for Details“, a large number of exhibitors will be focussing on the often inconspicuous details of intelligent solutions, thus opening up new perspectives for future-proof investments to trade visitors.

„Influenced by the ongoing megatrends of automation, digitalisation and sustainability, as well as the shortage of skilled workers and skilled labour, the exhibits in almost all exhibition areas will also focus on flexibility, scalability, the integration of artificial intelligence and robot-based solutions.“

Robotics, shuttle systems and rental models

Machine builders, system integrators and suppliers of conveyor technology will be present in Halls 1, 3, 5 and 7. They will be showcasing world firsts such as a completely new, honeycomb-based storage and picking system, flexible robo-pick solutions, shuttles for racked storage systems, new and enhanced service robots for barrier-free in-house transport and newly developed system details for tried-and-tested storage and sorting systems. Another striking trend is that, in addition to cloud-based software models, many different devices and complete systems for process automation are increasingly being offered as rental and leasing solutions in the hardware sector. This makes it easier for small and medium-sized companies in particular to get started with intralogistics automation.

Industrial trucks and mobile robotics

Almost all leading industrial truck manufacturers will be represented in Stuttgart in March. In Halls 9 and 10, they will be presenting new and further developed automated guided vehicles (AGVs) as well as innovations in the field of alternative drives. The specialised manufacturers of automated guided vehicles (AGVs), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and carrybots will be concentrated in the adjoining Hall 8. In the now proven technologies of transport and picking robots, the focus will be on optimising fleet control and transport performance by integrating artificial intelligence and further improving operational safety through image capture, processing and sensor technology.

Packaging and AutoID in the digital transformation

Sustainable packaging solutions, right-size packaging, reusable and recyclable packaging dominate the range in Hall 6, which is complemented by new strapping machines and high-performance packaging systems. At the same time, Hall 2 will showcase state-of-the-art identification and labelling solutions - from smart RFID tags and e-paper labels to AI-supported object recognition for logistics processes.

Software for networked logistics

Hall 4 bundles IT expertise: providers from the software and system integration sector present scalable cloud solutions, AI-based analytics tools and modular warehouse management systems - increasingly also as flexible rental models. The aim is the end-to-end digitalisation of all material flows.

Congress-level supporting programme

LogiMAT 2026 will feature 25 high-calibre specialist forums - for the first time on two stage areas. The programme will be complemented by formats such as the LogiMAT Career Day, the Smart Maintenance user forum, live demonstrations on AutoID and load securing as well as the established forum on mobile robotics.
