Just in time for the most important trade fair of the year, Kraus Maschinenbau has put numerous requirements into practice. Among other things, the labelling system LabelJack is ready for Industry 4.0 applications. The company also presented an application example for the fast labelling of flat products.
With its labelling system LabelJack Joachim Kraus and his team are presenting a balcony-style solution. This should allow it to be perfectly integrated into different process situations and applications and make product and process-related settings and adjustments easier.
In addition to its high cycle rate and precision, simple operation and multiple setting and adjustment options, the LabelJack also scores points electronically. The integrated control system makes it ready for Industry 4.0 and gives the operator access to numerous product and performance parameters on the multi-touch colour display.

Fast labelling of flat products
In combination with the JokerEco Kraus presented an application example for fast labelling of flat products at Fachpack.
The JokerEco is the smallest of the Joker product family and is offered as an entry-level device.
In addition to its compact design and good price-performance ratio, it is said to score points with its ease of operation and adjustment. The system has a product light barrier in the outfeed for missing and double-sheet detection, infinitely variable take-off speeds and a control system integrated into the feeder housing.
